The Royal Guard

You are the sole royal guard on duty after a recent war decimated your numbers! Make sure anyone who wants to visit the throne room is who they say they are and not a spy or royalty from a warring kingdom!

The game plays with a deck of cards.

13 cards from your kingdom and 5 cards from each of the rival kingdoms.

Two cards will visit in quick succession (at the same time) and you must question them as to their intent, loyalty and otherwise the purpose of their visit to the throne room.

When you have questioned each up to two times you may dismiss the visitor, jail the visitor or allow them entrance to the throne room.

The deck will shuffle once when it empties and you will be presented with any cards that you didn't let through or jail once more.

Be warned:

• If a rival royal makes their way to the throne room and their forces outweigh yours there is a coup and your kingdom shall fall.
• If you jail the King or Queen you are immediately fired and the game is over.
• If you do not allow the royals into the throne room by the time the game ends you are fired as royal guard.

Unfortunately the game is way too hard, I made a slight mistake with the fail logic but I needed to stop working on the game.
